Enjoying a daily hydrothermal Spa circuit is a gift to your senses: exfoliating, cleansing, purifying and detoxifying which make you relax and balance your mind and body.
The circuit is divided into separate rooms for men and women to ensure your privacy. With the arrival of spring and summer, the hydrothermal spa circuit is completed with our outdoor heated dynamic pool with hydro massage beds and martini. At the end of the circuit, the radiant heated beds offer a relaxing space where you also enjoy a soothing tea or infusion.
We recommend you enjoy our circuit in the following order:
- Warm shower. - Hammam and sauna - Cold shower or snow room - Hot shower - Radiant heated beds.
WARM SHOWER Recommended to revitalize your body and remove impurities from the skin or the remains of previously used products.
HAMMAN Its purpose is to cleanse the body through sweating, peripheral vasodilation and skin hydration. It is ideal for relaxation of body and mind. It is advisable to stay no longer than 15 minutes and a maximum of three entries. Afterwards, a cold shower starting from the extremities towards the center of the body.
SAUNA Body temperature increases causing sweating, which leads to stimulation of toxins. It has anti-inflammatory, vasodilating, relaxing effects and creates a sense of wellbeing. We suggest a warm shower before entering and then thoroughly dry, stay up to 15 minutes once inside the sauna in a lying or sitting position with your feet at the same height as the body to guarantee that the entire organism has the same temperature. Afterwards, a cold shower from the extremities towards the center of the body.
COLD SHOWER It produces an invigorating body effect and removes the toxins that are released in the hammam or sauna. It is recommended to start from the extremities towards the center of the body.
SNOW ROOM Its purpose is to cause thermal shock, which promotes vasoconstriction and body toning caused by the action of ice rubbed on the extremities. After a shower, rub your body with snow from the bottom upwards, starting with the legs.
Especially recommended after a sauna or hammam.
HOT SHOWER This shower produces vasoconstriction and relaxation due to the water temperature. You can take it after a session in the snow and cold shower room
RADIANT HEATED BEDS They are ideal for relaxing after the hot and cold sessions. We suggest placing a towel on the bed so that the skin does not come into direct contact with the radiant stone. JET SHOWER You can use the adjustable shower before and after a sauna, hammam, or ice room.
JACUZZI It is ideal after heat-cold sessions. You have at your disposal a range of lockers for personal items and tea, infusions and water that will ensure you remain hydrated.
